Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution, every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. ECO SWISS complies with these regulations. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.

In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we try to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification. When accessing our website, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information transmitted about the operating system or browsers. According to the Federal Law on the Surveillance of Post and Telecommunications Traffic (BÜPF), there is a legal obligation to retain connection data from the last six months.

If you contact us voluntarily, your email address will be stored in a separate database, which will not be linked to the anonymous log files. You have the option to cancel your registration at any time.
